Annual Alarm Service & Preventative Maintenance

For peace of mind, it is recommended by Australian Standards that your security alarm system is serviced at least once a year.

The annual preventative maintenance will ensure your system operates effectively and minimises the opportunity for false alarms and system failure. The inspection will include the following work:

  • Inspect and test the operation of security devices.
  • Test backup battery under load to ensure it can support the system during a power outage or an offender attempting to compromise the system by turning the power off.
  • Test internal speaker, external siren, strobe and the operation of the alarm through to the monitoring station.
