solosafe provides two-way voice contact allowing our professional Monitoring Centre operators the opportunity to discuss with the user their issue and how they would like it responded to.

Should the operator not be able to contact the user, they will use the devices GPS tracking to confirm the location of the user and escalate a response based on the pre-agreed protocols.

solosafe pendant is designed to be used both inside and outside the home and should always be carried by the user.

The pendant can be discreetly worn under clothing or clipped to your belt, is unobtrusive and does not interfere with your daily activities.

While the watch has a lockable strap to prevent accidental removal of the watch for people experiencing Dementia, Alzheimer’s and other cognitive conditions.

Purchase the solosafe device upfront, OR pay a little extra each month for professional monitoring:

  • Option 1: $199 for the solosafe device upfront and $30 per month for monitoring (no minimum term)
  • Option 2: No upfront charge for the solosafe device and $35 per month for monitoring (12-month minimum)
